The Yogurt

I am now a proud producer of homemade yogurt. I bought a gallon of whole milk from the store and some Dannon, plain, non-fat yogurt. I followed the steps (burned the milk to the bottom of the pot) and placed the jars aside. After 3 hours, it still looked very liquid so I frowned, then put the jars in the fridge. Well, the next morning (after cooling) I had yogurt (granted it was still a bit fluid). Next time I will do the step to make it thicker.
It tastes great (like plain yogurt), and I can mix tons of different things in it to add flavor. I've done strawberry jelly, granola, honey, cinnamon, coffee grounds and creamer, and plain. I'm almost out of the second mason jar (since I only did half a batch from the instructions) so I need to hang it soon to make the yogurt cheese. Well, to all, I recommend trying this.

I was going for a coffee flavored frozen yogurt... without the cold and the time.
